Luxury Hair. Professional Content. One Mobile Studio.
Hairstream is a luxury mobile creative studio where exceptional hairstyling, cinematic storytelling, and professional content creation come together in one beautifully designed space.
More Than a Salon. A Content Studio.
HairStream was designed from the ground up to be both a luxury mobile beauty studio and a professional content creation environment.
Every appointment can become part of the story.
For brides, HairStream captures the excitement, anticipation, and transformation leading up to "I do." Professionally lit interviews, candid moments with family and friends, behind-the-scenes preparation, and the final reveal become lasting memories—not phone videos, but beautifully produced content worthy of the occasion.
For film, television, and commercial productions, HairStream serves as a turnkey behind-the-scenes production studio. Producers can capture interviews with cast and crew, document the creative process, showcase hair and makeup transformations, produce promotional social media content, and create streaming-ready features without disrupting the day's schedule.
The result is a dedicated space where artistry and storytelling happen simultaneously.

The result is a comprehensive collection of footage that can be repurposed across social media, marketing campaigns, websites, documentaries, or personal keepsakes.
Behind the Scenes
Hollywood audiences rarely see the hundreds of artists responsible for bringing characters to life.
HairStream pulls back the curtain.
Amanda shares real stories from years working on film sets, television productions, commercial shoots -offering an authentic fun look at the craftsmanship behind entertainment.
-
After more than two decades working in film, television, editorial photography, and destination weddings, Amanda has built lasting relationships with the talented people who bring creative projects to life. HairStream creates a space where those conversations can happen naturally.
Before the day's production begins, after the final touch-up, or during a quiet moment between setups, Amanda sits down with the people she has worked alongside for years—directors, actors, hairstylists, makeup artists, costume designers, cinematographers, photographers, wedding professionals, and other creative minds—to talk about their work, their careers, and the stories audiences rarely hear.
-
Most audiences only see the finished product.
HairStream explores everything that happens before that moment—from hair and makeup to wardrobe, lighting, camera setups, production logistics, and the countless creative decisions that transform an idea into a finished film, television show, commercial, editorial shoot, or wedding.
It's a celebration of craftsmanship and collaboration.
-
There's something about sitting in a styling chair that makes conversation easy.
While preparing guests for the day ahead, Amanda captures authentic discussions about life, creativity, the entertainment industry, entrepreneurship, and the unexpected moments that happen behind the scenes. Some stories are funny. Some are inspiring. All of them offer a glimpse into the people behind the profession.
The Hairstream Experience
-
From the outside it looks like a beautifully restored Airstream trailer, but inside it's a luxury mobile hair and makeup studio designed for weddings, film and television productions, private clients, and creative content. It's also a podcast and interview space where we capture authentic conversations and behind-the-scenes stories.
-
We work with several types of clients:
Brides and wedding parties
Film and television productions
Editorial and commercial photo shoots
Executives and public speakers
Private clients
Brands and influencers
Production companies needing behind-the-scenes content
-
Absolutely. That's the entire idea.
Whether you're getting married at a vineyard, filming on location, staying at a hotel, or preparing for an important event, Hairstream arrives fully equipped so you don't have to travel to a salon.
-
Traditional salons require you to come to them.
Traditional production trailers are functional.
Hairstream was designed as an experience.
It's private, comfortable, beautifully designed, camera-ready, and built specifically for luxury service while also functioning as a creative content studio.
-
Hairstream can serve as a production support space for interviews, touch-ups, meetings, wardrobe prep, content capture, talent holding, or behind-the-scenes filming. It becomes an extension of your production rather than just another trailer.
-
Yes.
One of our signature services is capturing authentic behind-the-scenes footage while Amanda is already embedded in the production or wedding day. We can deliver organized B-roll, interviews, social media clips, and production-ready content that clients can immediately use.
-
Some of the best conversations happen while someone is sitting in the styling chair.
Hairstream is designed to record those conversations with professional cameras, lighting, and audio. We interview actors, filmmakers, wedding professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, and fascinating people while creating a relaxed, authentic environment.
-
Definitely.
Hairstream offers unique sponsorship opportunities, branded content, product demonstrations, influencer collaborations, and live event activations. The trailer itself becomes a memorable experience that people naturally want to photograph and share.
-
Yes. One of the most exciting parts of this project is that you're watching it happen in real time.
The podcast is only one piece of the story. We're documenting the design, the build, the business decisions, the road trips, the weddings, the film productions, and the people we meet along the way. You're not just watching interviews—you're following the evolution of Hairstream itself.
-
Anyone with a great story. We'll be sitting down with actors, filmmakers, hairstylists, makeup artists, wedding professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, and other creative people. Some conversations happen while doing hair, while others simply happen because the Airstream is such a unique place to connec
